Elevated Photography

Professional Elevated Photography for Real Estate can make a real difference in attracting potential buyers for your property. At Brighthouse Photography our Camera Poles can extend to a maximum height of 6m and are constructed from the highest density carbon fibre materials which is strong and rigid enough to mount a regular full frame mirrorless camera on.

Unlike drone photography, you do not need any special permissions for this type of aerial photography.  It can provide a stunning new perspectives to  property elevations and rear gardens and really add that point of difference, leaving the ground level images for shorter close-up views.

The camera is remotely controlled via an app running on an iPhone which is secured to the mast of the Camera Pole. We ask  clients to ensure that the local environment is safe to extend a pole to 6m and that no overhead power cables and other hazards are in close proximity. If the vendor or agent is in doubt we can perform a site survey for a small minimal fee to ensure environmental conditions are suitable for pole photography.
